Do you cry lot in therapy and if so what does your therapist do?
I just cried in therapy last week, 10 weeks into working with her. I am petrified that she will leave me now that I am crying or think that I am better now because I am crying?
I have read on here that a few of you cry loads in therapy like every session for years and that's what I'd like to be able to do eventually but I need to know that she will be there for me, no matter how much I cry for however long I need her for.
So to all of you who are big criers in therapy, what does it feel like, how long have you been in t etc.
Thanks!
