Kudos to you. I've been in a depressed mode and the fact that you can stick to it even then is really good. So far I've only been able to make it to ard 2-1/2 miles on the treadmill and a mile on the elliptical. I just start back in the gym. Back in 2012 I could workout for 3 hours straight but it was bc I was manic. I never knew why. This right when my onset started and right before I was diagnosed. It's funny to me now why I had so much energy. LOL. I'm trying to increase my time and to be able to do things outside the gym.
