I think the only reason I can do this is because it's become a routine for me. I walk into the gym like a freaking zombie, very disconnected but after 20 minutes into my cardio something wakes up inside and I begin feeling better. Lately I've been having homicidal fantasies while working out. I kinda chuckle because I realize what's going on but it can't be normal.

I just feed off the energy and try to leave all the bad thoughts at the gym.
