I think this quite normal even if no mental illness is involved, unless it develops into a complete aversion against being touched.
I don't like being hugged either but the normal touching that is involved when interacting with other people does not bother me much.
Hugging just seems so hypocritical to me, it is the same as asking "How are you?" and not expecting or even wanting to hear the truth.
