Zyprexa is the glue that holds me together. My relatively small dose both helps me sleep and keeps my feces coagulated, so to speak. I wish I could do without it, because I already have diabetes and am obese, but it cemented its place in my treatment regimen a long time ago and I seriously doubt I'll ever come off it completely. I wish you well with your trial of "Vitamin Z".
