I think for sure K-Pax was one of my definate favorites. There was another one. . .i can't remember the name of it.. .but the girl was like, fake catatonic and the shirnk figured out she'd been faking it in order to stay institutionalized (to be safe from folks who were after her.) Don't Say a Word. . .that was it.

another of my faves was one called, "The Jacket." It was an indie film, kind of bombed at the theater, but AWESOME.
