In my head for PrevT and Current T.....probably an 8.

Reality...for both, more like a 7. I say that because intellectually I know I survived for fifteen years without either of them. Not that I did well...but I didn't have any hospitalizations and no therapist during those 15 years.

But I would grieve deeply if I lost either one.
