I went over to my friend's house to see the little cottage which is empty right now. What a dump! Very oppressive. Her husband is a "slum lord" who only cares about the dollar. After viewing the condition it is in, I realized i"m better off where I am! I actually told her, knowing how particular I am with my surroundings, that I'd be constantly fretting about the improvements that needed to be done, and even if they were done, I'd still not be happy there! Yes, they would let me have my pets there, but I couldn't handle living in squallow!
Renting other places, more upscale, would actually cost more than my current mortgage payment, and not allow my pets, so, as Direction has said, I'm better off to stay put!
