I am sorry you are hurting. You have every right to.

You are right, what was lost cannot be restored, but what is to come can still be built to be beautiful. This doesn't have to be a stopping place, but an opportunity to heal. It will never be right what happened - but you can heal and the suffering can become less and less and you deserve that. You deserve the peace that going through the process will bring you. T's are trained to help you through that process faster and easier and safer than going it alone. But it is your choice.
