This is why this sort of thing is so subjective - I like both Alexis Bledel and Lauren Graham and disliked most of the male characters.

In What about Bob - I simply did not find it clever or funny - it was harmless enough for that sort of movie - I don't think it is wrong that others did find it funny -it is just not my particular kind of humor. And not everyone is going to find the same things funny and some people do like to think about why films are funny or not or what it means when a film is or is not. I don't find it that interesting but it is not wrong that some people do (and some go to film school and somehow wind up making a living from being film critics)
