I have never asked my psychologist for anything ever and i have been seeing him for about 4 years i hate asking people for things i hate it but i am seeing a psychiatrist as well and i have only seen him a few times and i am having a lot of trouble telling him things and i want to know if my psychologist could but i dont want to ask i mean i could try writing it down for the psychiatrist but there is a lot i dont know i am just having a dificult time communicating.
