I said "could you talk to my psychiatrist and tell her anything she needs to know about me". In my case she said "oh yeah, she called me last week". My psychiatrist wanted to know how to get me to talk more. She then asked me if there was anything specific that they didn't discuss.

I'm sure your T would be happy to talk to your psychiatrist for you. Did you already authorize her to talk to them?
