I know you may have heard this countless times, but how are naps and sleep working about for you? If it's not doing any good, try relaxing yourself: reading, sitting outside perhaps by yourself, yoga, etc. Smell some essential oils like lavender and mint. I don't know how these can help your dilemna - considering I don't know what you're diagnosed with - but these are some natural ways. If nothing helps, professional advice is always an option~
