Hi,

The past week or so I've been really anxious about eating. Mainly, what I eat and feeling guilty whenever I eat. I've started to eat less, started skipping meals, and feeling happy that I'm hungry. I'mve also started exercising more to burn off calories. I'm worried that I'm starting to develop an eating disorder because of all of this. What can I do?
