I also was told that fragments is an alter whose splits into parts where a part holds memories, one observes, one has emotion, etc. They also say PF alters are easier to integrate than full blown alters.
They basically say that anyone with hundreds to thousands of alters is considered PF.
It's comforting to know that we can mass produce!
