Hello, I am having an appointment with a psychiatrist soon to see if I have Adult ADHD. I have been having a huge difficulty focusing on things I dont care about and am obssed with the things I do, good or bad. I display a lot of the symptoms and what to see if I have it. If I do, I am worried about the medication. I am 5' 8" and weigh 350lb, both my sides of my family have highblood pressure and both sides have reported hear attacks. I myself dont feel to well and have High blood pressure from time to time and also have chest pains from time to time. I havent been to the doctor in about 5 years and actually have an appointment tomorrow with my PCP to voice my concerns. I am not on any medication and I dont know if I do get diagnosed with ADHD if I should take the medicine cause I researched that you can spotanesouly die if you take it with a heart condinition or high blood pressure. I also read of some people taking BP medicine and Vyvanse or Adderall and not having a problem. Is anyone else in this situation or know of someone?
