I was out in it today. When I passed the bank, it was 98 F and still going higher. My meds make me allergic to sunshine and also to heat. Even sunblock can't help me completely.

I have to keep it very cold in the apt, (73 is the lowest I can manage it tonight), so I don't wake up with a rash and swollen face and lips. That's always scary looking in the morning!

I feel so sorry for everyone who has to work out in this.
