A child in a day care makes up lies about her teacher exposing himself to her following the difficult situation in the family, her brother showing her a willie on a tablet etc. It's very easy to influence child's imagination.

And it is scary for anyone working with children, at least it is unnerving for me. I mean I don't work with children, but if some kid makes up a story accusing you of something, and how do you prevent it. I have no idea. I guess any occupation has its drawbacks.
