Whoa. Dude. I think that is what I would do in that situation. Are your parents supportive? Are they understanding about Bipolar?

i don't really like to share my opinion on what people should do so freely but you already seem to know what you need to do and I am validating that.

Plus that is some serious stuff. I have seen other people in situations like these that do not end well.

He is blaming you, belittling you, isolating you, controlling you, and making sure that you are dependent on him.

You are right that this is a bad situation.

And your son is not the only one who deserves more. You do too......
