I'm so sorry you are feeling like this hon. I wish I had the answer to fix it all

All I know is that when grandson gets like that, I do my best to keep a calm and monotone voice with him so that I don't flame his anger. Sometimes, I say absolutely nothing and let him rant all he wants. Soon he is over it and asking for forgiveness. When he is calmed we can talk about things. I don't know if that is possible with your son or not. But I do hope you can find some peace today in the little things.....and the smile will return to your face.
