I understand in some ways...the no escape from continual...
Cry and get it out. Pamper yourself in the ways you can if it's just for stolen minutes. Try to get some help for you to get a break.
I wish I could offer more, but I know it's sometimes just making it minute to minute, grabbing stolen moments along the way.
Please remember, though, it will alleviate in a couple of months. Until then, take care of you if you can and SCREAM for help when you need.
