I've been practicing meditation almost daily for a year now and here is the changes that I noticed :
  • improved abilitity to stay focus (the provement is quite big!!)
  • better sleep
  • less procrastination
  • I listen a lot less to my internal talk
  • improved overall well being

For those of you who practice meditation, what have been the most obvious improvement in your daily life?
