I won't sugar coat it (no pun intended heh), the first week or so is always rough for me when I have been eating lots of junk and am trying to go back into keto or at least a whole foods low-carb diet. Frankly I prefer to start out gradual, like still allow myself to have whatever fresh fruits I like, but no other sugars/carbs. Bananas have worked miracles for me in that department. For me it's a hurdle to leap, I don't have any cheats or anything that make it not a bumpy process. I also think it helps a lot to know that it's okay if you goof up now and then, not beat yourself up and just dust yourself off, start fresh the next day.
