During my last depression episode (it was about six months long) I lost twenty pounds. I went from 135 to 115. It was great! And after the episode I even managed to keep it off mostly (went up to like 120 or something). Until recently I was on a vegan diet. I ate lots of veggies and fruits and legumes, etc. Now I'm psuedo because I've been eating chocolate and non vegan cookies and stuff, so I've ballooned back up to 135 (****ing seroquel).
