This has always been an interesting question for me .... I have many "friends" but I never phone, nor does my phone ring! I don't go for coffee - I don't go for drinks.

I had a best friend years ago but she moved to another country and we no longer have contact.

All my friends now are my husband's friends. I have always been pretty useless at making my own friends.

IRL - except for my husband and son - I am very lonely. I don't know who is close or good but I know my husband is the only friend I have.

(Naturally that statement above excludes the friends I have here, with whom, I could not do without!)
