I started gym on Monday 25 June - I have been everyday except Saturday and Sunday's since then, giving me 12 gym sessions so far. I have also had 6 Power Plate sessions so far (and continued with gym anyway).
Basically, I walk to gym and back .. so that is 40 minutes brisk walk - therefore I don't really bother with the treadmill (a good thing since I am short on co-ordination and I almost shot through the wall behind me the first time I tried).
I do cardio on the rowing machine and the exercise bike for about 20 minutes each and then I do the training circuit as well as use some of the other machines available .... and then there is the Power Plate (which is not easy by any means) ....
Now the point of this post is ... I realise I am only in week 3 but when I look in the mirror, I am still the same lump of lard (sorry, not supposed to put myself down ... but you know ...) that I have always been. My eating habits are very strict with little (if no) fat and low on carbs.
When, oh when .... can I expect to see, and even feel .... tighter, firmer and well, just plain slimmer - (tape measure and scale refuse to budge)!
