If you trust your primary care doctor, you could ask about not putting anything about depression in your file. They may tell you that they can't prescribe antidepressants for you without documenting that you have a diagnosis of depression.
You could also look into a community mental health agency. Your primary care doctor might be able to recommend one, or often if you call United Way at 211 they can tell you what's available in your area.
Sometimes the care isn't as good at these agencies, but that's not always the case. I switched to one earlier this year because of losing private insurance, and I actually have a better meds prescriber now than I did before.
I don't think it's unhealthy not to want your parents to know all your medical info. You're entitled to your privacy and to decide how much you want to tell them.
I've lived in the kind of environment that you're talking about where people don't adhere to professional privacy rules and eventually it seems like all your extended family and half the community will know about your health problems and comment on them. It's very difficult.
I hope that you find a way to get the help you need and to keep your privacy while doing it.
