A sense of calm . I wouldn't say that i use mindfulness meditation techniques. When I was young, my dad was good friends with someone kinda new age, and i learned all about meditation(white light approach) and pyramids and numbers, et al. I was 10,11,12,13...
I work with someone who's often curious if I'm on meds to reach calm...i digress...
At this point in life, close eyes, deep breath, focus energy to my core. I typically sit in a meditation style at home, anyhow.
