I'm happy now that I quit my job. So happy that my therapist thinks that it's a manic episode starting, haha. Maybe it is, maybe not, but I guess my manias are more so triggered, but my depression is something that just comes at random times, usually after a mania, but it can just come out of the blue, no matter how wonderful life is at that moment..
