yea, about doing the same thing over and over yet expecting different results......
I told my former T once that I think my mind has something like "wagon wheel ruts" in it-- it keeps going back into those "ruts"..... it's familiar and so so worn in-- but yet it always takes me the wrong direction!... so why do I keep following those "ruts"???...... it's so automatic and familiar can keep the anxiety level from rising... but some "familiar" is not good and in the end causes more upset than something unfamiliar would have..... figuring that out can be the challenge though...... the good familiar vs bad familar.....
am I babbling or what?!....
