give your body and metabolism time......its probably not used to all this exercise...but see this is where everyone gives up on their diet and excerise....they dont see results so they figure its not working...but it is....keep up the good work...dont give up! You will start to see results....maybe give it about a month or so...i know thats a long time...however..it will be worth it...your body has to get into a routine....when you ride a bike...you shouldnt expect to go top speed right away...you have to build momentum .....you start out slow.....then you go alittle faster....then finally you hit a climax and go your fastest speed....but remember then you will hit a plateau and thats when you will then have to do something different...and push alittle extra harder....then you will be able to get the full grasp...dont worry ...it will be worth it....and believe me ...youll be singing a different tune later...just dont give up...and perhaps give yourself some variety...if you do crunches everyday...its going to be ...boring after awhile...perhaps walk to the gym one day....take a bike ride the next day....and maybe also rollerskate the next day....do crunches one day...the next day...use one of those large balls ..and dont forget to play...just have fun.....go swimming....take a hike ....go play laser tag....and if you do all these activities....you dont have to be strict on your food ....remember its your food that helps your metabolism go fast.....along with excerise...i mean dont go crazy with snickers or anything lol ....but you can treat yourself most definitly....and dont be starving yourself either...thats not healthy....and will slow down your metabolism .....good luck and let us know how it goes ok?
