I sound quite similar to you, swinging from a high weight to a low weight (and back again). I've gone from a BMI of 18.4 - 24 in a year, and I hate it. I find it very embarrassing. The clothes I wear for work (uniform) are two sizes too small, but I'm too ashamed to ask them to give me a larger size, lol. It's a bit annoying. Now I've got the 'thin' thoughts returning, now I've dared to weigh myself (haven't weighed myself for ages) but I'm trying to keep myself on healthy eating.
