Hiya people,
I'm very new to this and I was just wondering whether you
could advise me on my problem.
About 2 yrs ago now, I suffered from a small number of panic attacks. I havent actually had a full blown panic attack since then but in all this time I still worry about having them. I get on with my life as normal and try forget about my fear but still to this day I worry about having them and often feel slightly anxious because of it.
Should i just continue to forget about the panic attacks (as suggested by the doctors ) or seek further advice ??
