I can't take ADs either, they swing me more into a mixed episode. I'd take numb over mixed any day of the week. I feel more numb now than I did when I was on both lamictal and Latuda. I quit the latuda because I've a hang up about being on APs. I'm kinda rethinking it though, it seems like the latuda gave me a bit of a lift. Do ask your Pdoc about it.
