Thanks for your concern. I am doing better now. I went for another walk with the dogs and tried calling my sister again. Still no answer but I do feel like the worst has passed. Thank-you for the reminder though. I've gone to the ER before and it was helpful. They didn't make me check in but just say and talked with me for a while.
