I also have a long list. But I'm confused. I read somewhere that if you are having psychotic symptoms, that automatically puts you in BP 1. I don't know I am a strange one. My therapist said I don't act like the tyoucal American bipolar so whatever that means, but I get euphoric and then start hallucinating.
