Same here. Each meal is a large one, and I'd be lying if I said it's not playing havoc on my weight. A few others voice their desires for junk food. Drive passed a KFC, "can I have a burger?". Drive passed a pizza place "can we have one with pineapples?". And there's enough temptation in the house. There's always a pack of cookies in the cupboard. I'm allergic to gluten. Trying to fight of the craving for biscuits, or cake is difficult. Add a little to the mix, and voila, you have "I'm having one!" Closely followed by a cookie in my mouth...

About the eating schedule: that's a really good idea. I haven' figured out how to fix it yet. I just went to the store today to stock up on fruit and yogurt. And hope like Hell, I can hold on to this diet long enough for it to impact on my weight and encourage the others to eat healthy. The main problem is the little's want for cookies, and cake. And the older ones wanting pizza, or the like, every bloody day.

When you figure out a plan that works,AC2, please, please share.
