this is not too serious but never the less it is important, ... what time do you go to bed, and what time should you call bed time, ...
I know for me it has been 11:30 to 1 am lately ... with a wake time of 4 to 5 am ...
But to really have good sleep hygiene I should be in bed by 10;30, ... but there is always something to prevent that ... I am trying to hold to the proper schedule ...
How about you ... ? what times and how does it affect you ... ?
