My sleep schedule has been between 12 midnight to 2am, with a wake up time of 5.30am-7.20am.
I should be sleeping at around 10pm to allow my body to repair itself, but unfortunately, I'm a dumbass who waits til I regret spoiling my body clock.
The reasons why I am not able to sleep enough:
1. Dedication to rake a fixed/certain amount of experience(xp) on a particular childhood mmorpg game every day even if I come back home late.
2. Tendency to engage in midnight conversations with another person online.
3. I feel more "myself" or alive in the other word, when I sleep late.
4. I am paranoid that I might miss out something important if I goes to sleep, but eventually I will still sleep and regret it in the morning.
