Lately I've been freaking out at night when I try to go to sleep, and sometimes at random times during the day. So I've been cutting to bring me out of it, and kind of block out everything. My T is out still on leave until the end of August, and the T's I have been seeing isn't much help with working through it. *Sigh* Of course I had an attack last night, and cut more than I have in a while and now it looks horrible. Not deep thankfully, but just nasty.
