I had to quit my job after 2 months because I just couldn't do it and I felt the same way. My boss was pretty mad at me but it's not my fault he put me on 9-13 hour shifts and burned me out. I decided that he doesn't run my life, I do, and if I don't like something, I will change it.

I am proud of you for quitting! It took me way too long to say enough is enough, so good for you for realizing so early that you can't do the job. It makes it easier on your manager and on you.
