This is something I'm working on, I did for a while after being in for a week keep the same schedule and go to bed around 10:30 11 pm. I usually woke up between 6-7am.
But
I started watching Big Bang reruns after the news, then Simpsons, and being on the computer, getting into light fun fast books that I want to read in one go, even if it means reading though the whole night.
So now I go to bed between 1-2am and don't sleep as well because I stay awake though that golden window of easy sleep that's a side effect of my meds. I take ambien, melatonin, and Benadryl with my night meds. I need to be in bed and off the electronics so I fall asleep and stay asleep. I've been postponing taking my meds for that reason but I still don't sleep as well as I did when I was keeping better hours.
