I had a massive panic/depressive episode yesterday triggered by packing for a trip home. I'm not thinking ahead anymore after yesterday. I 've taken all the precautions to keep myself safe while I'm there that I can think of. I got my meds refilled to make sure I don't run out, and I've got good resolve that I WILL TAKE THEM! There are some issues related to this trip that makes it much less pleasurable, but..."fun & smooth" is the mantra.
