Hi bepob - thanks for the tips! I do have carbs in the form of a slice of wholewheat toast with breakfast or oats which is quite high in carbs. My fat intake is limited to extra virgin olive oil but then I do have natural fats such as avocado pear, salmon fish and so on. I don't think I could ever rule carbs out completely. I think I am in danger of not having enough calories a day sometimes, so I must watch myself on that one!
