Do the exact opposite of what you want to do .. Go to bed sleep and get up make your bed and don't go back until its bedtime again.
Exercise, yep its hell to make yourself do .. But a brisk walk is better than keeping the couch warm.
Eat bright veggies, Avoid carbs they will tank your mood.
As advised call your Pdoc in the Am.
