I'd add to those suggestions to write. It doesn't have to be to anyone, but just start letting out those feeling by scribbling them down, typing them out. I find that when I start to crash my thoughts start going all over the place, and the further they go the faster they go and the less sense they make. By slowing my brain enough to write coherently, I can at least slow the thoughts down. And writing helps me organize the thoughts, helping me make sense of what I am feeling and perhaps why. Finally, it is for me a means of releasing those feelings in a constructive way.
