Google a doctor called Steven Bazire in the UK and have a look at his work. He does a lot of psychopharmacology, and did a table that shows all the meds and their side effects. You can take it with you when you see your own doctor. People in the UK use it to work out what's best for them, e.g. This makes me fat but helps me deal with whatever else I have, can I try this other one instead, which might give me trouble sleeping but won't put on weight? It's like being able to balance what you need with what you get.
