I think I would use this as a learning expierence for your daughter.

Cold reality of the world..... its full of people like "Jane" I have never worked for a company with more than 5 employees that didn't have a "Jane type" It's sad pathetic and ridiculous.

But everyone has to learn how to navigate waters with ugly humans in it.
