I'm sure some are alters of alters, but I don't feel like mapping all of them yet. Our abuse lasted for 18 oppressive years totally withdrawn, then to try and deal with the world after that, tons of alters were made to handle the moment to moment coping skills required to successfully deal with life. I didn't start getting it together till I was 25.
