I just joined and am overwhelmed - I can not even figure out how to join a chat group. One instruction I found said that I must make 5 posts to be eligible. Does this count as a post? Or this is only a reply and somehow I need to create my own post? I am starting to go down into a bipolar pit - which I have managed to avoid for over a year. But this past Saturday I had an incident. How do I talk (chat) with someone?
